Please note that returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, kindly notify us immediately. We're here to address the issue promptly and ensure your satisfaction.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personalized items, and personal care goods. Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
For the quickest way to get the item you desire, we recommend returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
