Necklace Sizing Guide

Find a tool to use (string, dental floss, headphone cord, measuring tape if you have it.)
Find the length by wrapping it around your neck and marking it, then check the length against a ruler or lay it out flat and measure with a phone app.

Alternatively: Measure an existing necklace end to end with a ruler (most accurate) or a phone app (great if you don’t have a ruler handy.)

The size of the necklace is an essential consideration and depends on your taste and preference. 
The 16” is considered a chocker for women, 

while 18” is the standard length for most women, and 22” to 24” is the standard length for most men. 

The 20” length is great for young teens but can also be worn at the collarbone on an average-sized man/ woman, while your 22” chain will fall just below it.

Bracelet Sizing Guide
The best way to measure is by wrapping a tape measure loosely around your wrist (this can also be done with string or ribbon and measured against a ruler afterward.) 

7” is the most popular size for women, and 8” is the most popular size for men.

A tennis bracelet should be loose enough that it can move freely, but not so loose that it can slide off. The general rule is that when you can fit one finger between the bracelet and your wrist, it is the perfect fit!
