TOO TIGHT: Place earring lifters on a firm and flat surface. Then insert a credit card or your fingernail in between the back clips to achieve the desired fit.
TOO LOOSE: Use your fingers to push the back clips together until you achieve the desired fit.
STILL TOO LOOSE: If further tightening is required use needle-nose pliers to gently increase the tension. Be very careful as to not crush the shape of the clips.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
